Per Tenebras is the part of the Equus Refractus project.

In Per Tenebras, the horse is shown moving through darkness that is not a void, but a dense and refractive medium. Shadows intersect the form like crystalline planes, shaping the body while resisting it.

The golden figure emerges against deep blues and purples, its anatomy preserved yet fractured, caught between Cubist construction and Rayist radiance. Darkness here is not simply absence, but presence — a field that slows, bends, and transforms.

This piece is a meditation on endurance: freedom tested and refined within the weight of shadow, where even in darkness the horse carries its own inner light.
