1. Select the number of beloved pets you wish to see featured in the illustration.

2. Choose your desired size.

3. Send me high-quality photographs of your pets via email (vzhebrakovska@gmail.com), ensuring their heads (or full bodies) are clearly visible. For group illustrations, provide separate photos of each pet's head/body. Remember, the better the photo quality, the more precise the drawing.

4. Indicate whether you desire a half-body (portrait) or full-body figure.

5. Want to add your pet's name, a colorful background, accessories, or objects? Anything is possible! Share a photo of the item you'd like to include.

Please note that all details are discussed before commencing work, and adding or changing details during the drawing process is not possible.

6. Interested in adding accessories or extra items such as collars, tags, clothing, hats, bows, scarves, favorite toys, and more? Send us a photo of the items you'd like to incorporate.

Please note that additional charges may apply for large or voluminous items, which will be discussed individually.

7. Next step is to book in and to do that I require a deposit of 25% of the total order which can be paid either via PayPal to either my email address which is- vzhebrakovska@gmail.com or I can send an invoice on request. Or I can take payments via direct bank transfer which I will pm you. The deposit secures your place but once I contact you for the final balance if I don’t hear back within one month you will be removed from my waiting list so please reply as soon as possible.

8. Once I've received the final balance and I'm ready to start i will do the rough outline and send to you for approval as its better to say at this stage before I start applying color etc. If there's anything your not happy with and want to change then you can let me know. I will do my best to keep you updated on my progress and send you photos as I go so that you can give me your input and if you wish to make any changes (if it's possible to make them) before the portrait is complete. I will do my very best to work with you to achieve what you want done but if I feel that it won't work then I will tell you so please be aware of that. Once your portrait is complete I will send you a message with a photo of the finished portrait.

9. Next, hopefully you will be very happy with your portrait and then I will need your postal address and I will then post your portrait which will be sent in either a strong tube, a 'do not bend' brown envelope with extra pieces of thick cardboard backing or I will make a box up, whichever way you choose it will be extremely well packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
